I went with my mom to make an Amazon return and when we asked for a receipt and he got so angry and rude and told us to have a bad day. He insulted my mom and made her cry. I’m shocked at this behavior from UPS employees. Please do better!"

"Ups lost my package, called their 1800 number for assistance. Their useless response was to start an investigation with Amazon. Ups lost the package, not Amazon. I wouldn't be surprised if one of their employees stole the package. Don't use ups, I would recommend anyone but them. Bunch of lazy people who don't want to do their jobs."

"May 18th of this year I went in to return frontier internet equipment. The lady at the front counter was extremely helpful and friendly. As I was wrapping up I said "I don't need a receipt thank you!" The friendly UPS lady replied that I ought to take it because she sees companies try to claim that the equipment was never shipped and charge you later down the road. Flash forward to today 3 months later... Sure enough Frontier tried to SCAM me!! $168 charge on my credit card! But thanks to Mrs. UPS I was able to confront the scummy internet company with COLD HARD evidence! She must be fz150 bc she just saved me 150 buucks"
