"Anytime there is any certified mail, the carriers do not even bother walking the 25 foot drive way to attempt to deliver and get a signature. They’d rather just stick a “we missed you” slip in my mail box telling me I have to pick up the mail from the post office. I know they don’t miss me because I work from home- I’m here during all business hours. If for any reason I am not, I have cameras and would get notified of someone coming to the door. When I have also complained about not having received mail before, I was told my mailbox was full which is untrue as we get out mail daily. It is ridiculous at the amount of mistakes they make and then how they double down and try to gaslight you into thinking it’s your fault they messed up at their own job."

"This location has the worst mail couriers. I am missing so much mail and have gone 3 weeks without getting any sort of mail, not even adds I have gotten mail an packages that had been 2 day expressed and not receiving them on time . I will be using FedEx from now on. This has been an ongoing problem since I moved here. Not to mention all the mail that I also get and it's my neighbors mail."

"We have had so many problems with our mail being lost and getting other household's mail. At least once a month we have problems. Recently, we put a 1 week hold on our mail due to being out of town and knowing we had some important things (checks, bills, etc) coming. A wonderful neighbor (in a completely different neighborhood) apparently got our entire weeks worth of mail delivered and brought it to our house. I have gone up to the post office multiple times to get these problems corrected and nothing has changed. They even delivered a "Misdelivery Problem Here" card (a hard plastic card to notify the mail delivery person that there are problems with the mail) that said "do not delivery this card". When I brought it up to the post office they were speechless and said "we are so sorry", but still we continue to have problems. For a while they stopped delivering my mail because I don't have the same last name as my husband. It took me 3 weeks to notice that I wasn't getting any mail, and when I went to the post office they had sent all my mail back to the sender......so frustrating!"
