They missed critical deadlines which could have affected the sales contract, they failed to provide required documents to me and the Buyers, and they had spectacularly poor communication. Throughout the entire transaction, (approximately 2.5 months) Erika initiated zero phone calls and zero emails to me or the Buyers and responded to one email message. One email message was the only communication during the entire title transaction for a new home purchase. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your next title work."
