"They delivered a broken couch. Then over a 3 week span they no showed/no called 3 appointments to return said broken couch. They then tried to schedule two separate appointments to pick up said broken couch. Once it's returned why would you schedule another? To come by and chat? Don't use the "Live Chat" that's a miserable experience. Called and it was marginally better. Explaining I wanted the appointment that I'd be available for felt like trying to teach an ant quantum physics. I look forward to them no call/no showing this fourth appointment or even better showing up when I am out of town. Pray to whoever you don't have this company involved in any way delivering anything to you."

"AWFUL, The customer service is AWFUL. There is no way to contact them, and when you call, they will “send an email that will surely be returned” … Eight calls later and Im writing a review to hope to get an answer. They are terrible, and they customer service is absolute trash. Peleton is getting an email also to stop using such a horrible company. Can I give them negative stars ? Im angry I have to give them one star, just to publish this."

"Unable to reach anyone by phone. Local office does not have answering machine or automated system so the phone just rings untill you give up. The corporate office has a terrible automated system that sends you to numbers that ring untill it hangs up on you. If you do manage to reach a real person they are unhelpful and transfer you to another part of the automated system that will just ring and then hang up. Terrible experience trying to reach someone to track my shipment!"

"XPO was the contractor for my gas dryer delivery and installation that I bought from Best Buy. NO ONE from XPO contacted me about my delivery time etc. In fact I didn't know it was going to be delivered/ installed by someone other than Best Buy Geek Squad until the Geek Squad guy delivering my Washer told me. To top it off XPO subcontracted with another company to do the actual delivery and installation. NOT COOL! You need to talk to your customers even if it is a subcontract."
