"This is my second bad experience with them, I had my daughters birthday with them and it’s 2 dollars a can of pop and 5 dollars a peace for the skate buddie that helps the kids not fall they want you to wear a arm band so you can’t share the skate buddie with anyone and it’s 235 for the party for a hour n a half but they use to include the skate buddies for free, one told me I could do something then the owner very rudely says we can’t and that it doesent matter what anyone else says cause she’s the owner. I don’t plan on booking a party here anymore"

"Awful experience. We rented this place. We got there at 1 pm for my daughter bday. We were allowed to bring pizza and cake. We came in with bottled water and we were asked to take it back out to our vehicles because they wanted us to purchase drinks there.(stupid but I understand.) Then we went to get to the counter to get skates and we have to pay for them. My daughter needed at roller walker and they charged 5 dollars for each roller walker.(trying to make a buck off of kids that need help skating.) Not to mentioned there was a juvenile working the skate counter and she clearly didn’t want to be there and was super rude. We were told when we were singing happy birthday and eating cake. They then played the birthday song before all the people could get out to the floor.(we had old people there). Then we had to quit skating 10 minutes early. Then with 10 minutes remaining, we were letting my daughter open her presents. I was then asked by the lady running the place, if my daughter could hurry up opening her presents. I then told her that we still had time remaining. This is the worst bday experience we’ve ever had. The people we invited were also upset. I’ve been going here for years but will never be back. And several of our guests said that they would never be back. We were rushed the whole time!"

"Had my daughters party there and it was a terrible experience. You can bring food but have to pay for drinks, you have to pay for roller blades and the small walkers for kids (the only thing included with the party was regular skates) we only got to skate for 30 minutes before they made us do cake. They made us turn skates in before our time was up and they made a big deal about rushing us out and didn’t let my daughter even open her gifts. I absolutely will NOT come back. Terrible place for parties"
