Aircraft Simulator Training (Turboprop Campus)
About the Business
Aircraft Simulator Training (Turboprop Campus) is located at 301 South Hangar Drive, Georgetown, Texas, United States. Our goal is to train you to handle any situation that may arise during a flight, ensuring that you can safely land your aircraft and protect your passengers. Our custom-built simulator offers a full six degrees of motion, providing a realistic flight experience for high-performance aircraft training, including jet, turboprop, large twin-engine, and complex aircraft training.
Instructor Rick McGuire demonstrates the correct procedures for starting geared engines in the Cessna 421C and twin-engine Cessna 340, emphasizing the importance of proper technique to prevent issues such as "hot starts." Our training program focuses on mastering essential skills to ensure a safe and successful flight every time.
Located just over an hour from Austin, our campus offers easy access to the beautiful Texas Hill Country, with nearby attractions such as Lake LBJ, Canyon Lake, and Lake Buchanan. Explore iconic towns like Fredericksburg, known for its vineyards, wine tasting, and German shops, or visit Burnet for outdoor activities like Park Road 4 and Longhorn Caverns.
Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or intensive aircraft training, Aircraft Simulator Training is here to meet your needs. Contact us to learn more about our programs and facilities.

Reviews
"I used Aircraft Simulator Training for King Air B200 (G1000) Recurrent training for myself and another company pilot. Everyone involved from Jim in scheduling/management to Gary, the instructor, for the entire time I was there made the experience phenomenal. The training was top notch and real world! Gary brought his operational experience to the systems discussions and into the sim. The sim flew great and served its purpose. AST made sure we got what we needed and wanted out of the training and weren't letting us leave until we were completely happy. Book your next King Air recurrent here, and just worry about which BBQ place you're going to visit while in town! Also, if you are dog friendly, Gary will happily bring his well behaved assistant flight instructor for some entertainment!"
