If I could give this place negative 5 stars I will!!!!! Wasted $1,000 on a ‘brand new’ iPhone that was suppose have one year warranty it did not have any warranty & the phone was used."

"The technicians are respectful and helpful but that does not really solve the problem. The owner is the worst. I have worked with them previously for years in their last store however this is the first time to visit this store. When I came to this store, I paid more than Apple imagine! Iphone 11 for $800 when it is only around $680 in Apple. I thought I'll get a better price but not at all like I used to get before. Be aware of them. They claimed they gave me the screen, cover, and transfer of information fee for FREE but when confronted they said these fees were included. Really? Now? Wow... Not coming back EVER. As other people said no returns or refunds. Very very disappointed especially that I am an Arab like them. Thieves. In summary, DO NOT GO THERE!"

"Big respect to all the people working there. They are so patient with the customers. A story happened today when i was at the store where there was a lady going off on the emplyees and they still managed to be so calm and patient with her even tho she and her boyfriend were racist on them! They helped her and did everything could possibly do to satisfy her. Yet she wanted to get her service for free so she called the police to threat them. And still her boyfriend once again shouted a racist slurp while the police were in there! Crazy.. and after the police heard all the story they kicked them out of the store and asked them to never come back! I cant believe how crazy people are nowadays.. this store and these employees are amazing with all that word has in meanings! Strongly recommend"
