"I SHOP AT SHELL ON GREENBAY RD ALL THE TIME, AND I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE, THEY HAVE A LOT OF SELECTIONS, AND THEY HAVE THE BEST GAS FOR MY CAR. EVERY ONE THAT WORKS AT THAT LOCATION ARE FRIENDLY, THE PLACE IS CLEAN AND THEY ARE WILLING TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER WITH URGENCY. ONE TIME I WAS IN THERE, A CUSTOMER WAS YELLING AT THE MANAGER FOR NO REASON ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH A CREDIT CARD THAT THE CUSTOMER MADE A MISTAKE ON, THE MANAGER EXPLAINED THE MISTAKE THE CUSTOMER MADE WITH A NORMAL PLEASANT TONE OF VOICE, AND THE CUSTOMER OBVIOUSLY REALIZED WHAT HE DID, AND DIDNT EVEN TRY TO APOLOGIZE TO THE CASHIER OR THE MANAGER, WHICH IS VERY TYPICAL GIVEN THE LOCATION. BUT THE MANAGER SOLVED THE ISSUE AND CONDUCTED HIMSELF LIKE A PROFESSIONAL ALONG WITH THE CASHIER, AND OFFERED ME A COFFEE OR ANYTHING IN THE STORE, FOR THE EXPERIENCE I WITNESSED BETWEEN HIM AND THAT CUSTOMER. SINCE THEN I COME EVEN MORE TO THEIR STORE ON MY BREAKS, AND AND GET GAS, PLAY LOTTO, AND HAVE A GREAT CONVERSATION WITH ALL THE GREAT HARDWORKING STAFF MEMBERS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK."

"It has been a few times that i pass at the Shell gas station on Greenbay Road in Highland Park around 4:30 a.m to pump gas in way to work and it's always close.... When it supposed to be open the 24 hours. The guy is just sitting there inside with the door locked"

"I like the station, it's convenient and close to home. The Indian attendants are friendly and helpful. The short black guy usually seems like he doesn't want to be there and is usually rude and hasty - not cordial at all, his customer service skills suck."
