"My suggestion is to make the doors on the smaller trailer with out the lip so when loading and unloading you don’t knock yourself out when you hit the top of the door. You are trying to get stuff loaded and for get and just nearly knock yourself out."

"Worst experience ever! My truck had a trailer attached that wasn’t for my truck. My truck wasn’t clean. Took an hour past when they handed me the keys to drive off. Gas meter was wrong. The link they gave me to change it expired and they couldn’t help and acted like my situation was an inconvenience. I’ve used uhaul for 20years. However next time I’ll try another company in hopes it will be more organized. Uhaul you guys need to do better!!!!( It was the one on 6th st.)"
"Had a rental reservation for 7 am on Sunday morning. Had no problem until picking up the key. It was padlocked in a box, makes sense, but we were never given a code to open it. We called the number and have been on hold for 45 minutes at this point. I assume we are just going to have to wait around 2 hours after our reservation time for the store to open. Would not recommend."
