"They either send me to the wrong resource center or close my case out with no contact, this was done through Combined Arms."
"You know... I've been waiting for RENTAL ASSISTANCE OR UTILITY ASSISTANCE 4 years. I'm told to put in a new application because you need it in updated paper that was what, made in the current year. You think my needs changed drastically because you celebrated NEW YEARS? The only thing that changed was the price of eggs. It tripled!!!!! My income did not change, my mental health did not improve, my facing eviction did not stop, and I continued to work, I even changed my underwear. But if you don't have the funding to help with the needs of the community, then why are we paying you. That's a lot of profit, for a non-profit. Does this constitute an EMERGENCY NEED FOR A HOMELESS MOTHER AND 4 CHILDREN? Any guidance or assistance at this time, would be helpful. Actually, no...I need help not another number or agency to call."
"Melissa Frank has been been a disappointment to work with. We worked together on a special needs program in our community that she reached out to our group about. After getting the preliminary details put together she then really didn't seem to care about what the program could accomplish and who it could help, but only what credit and funding she could receive from her direct reports. She was a very rude individual and it was unfortunate to go through this process her and this company."
"My application got approved on 8/28/21 and still have yet to receive the funding. I have emailed the worker Dianey Cavazos at least 10 times have gotten no response or even a "hey I got your email". Everytime I call the number listed the agents say well you just have to wait and the worker doesn't have an extention to transfer to. This is so crazy because landlords are filing evictions left and right and it doesn't seem like any of these so called Help systems are helping anyone. There are always stories everyday online where people are losing their home, cars, and livelihood for not being able to catch up to get out of this madness from covid-19 and those who control the help and funding are sitting there as if they do not care and anyone that needs help just have to wait until they can find the time to get to you."
"I have performed work at this location. These are the nicest, most helpful people at a business I’ve ever met. I’m only a contractor, but they treated me like family."
