"I would definitely recommend this school. I had the best experiences of my life there. I grew so much and although the environment wasn't the best always, they are trying their hardest to fix it. If you have Weller for Algebra you're in luck because he is by far the greatest teacher ever."
"Maybe the first day i was there i regretted it i was like why did i change schools but then i realised that if i hadn't moved schools i would have fell but i passed i got advanced math and a good grade on reading and got promoted to 7th i loved 7th grade i had more friends i learned more and i might have not like some teacher because they pressured me but I'm glad they did i A's 3 of my material classes but I'm not satisfied because i didn't A's all 4 i got a 79 on language arts and i know i could do better i just didn't because i didn't really listen to my reading teacher i couldn't consintrade i listened but it was like i never heard her i tried really hard but i kept messing up i passed and fell i still don't know what i got on the STAAR but i really hope i did good that also includes english except that i did consintrade on her class i just didn't like it because it was boring but i did learn and i became the second smartest i got 91 on math i was the best in class sometimes but i felt bad when i wasn't i wanted to go to tutorials to get what i got wrong right but i was embarrassed to tell the teacher because she said i didn't really needed it because i was doing well she always trusted me she said i would do good she made me confident and i trusted her and i know i passed with a good grade because she said i would do good now for science i got a 93 the first impression i had of her was that she was mean and bossy but when she teached us it was fun leaning being by her we were her smartest class but we frustrated her but she didn't give up on us she was a cool teacher and for history i got a 98 i didn't really liked his class because i thought it was boring but it was an easy class you do your work you get a good grade don't do work and u don't he is a adventures person he showed us pictures of the places he went with his family never got of topic while showing us because it was about history locations he said he like the day we had him more because the kids he had the other day were more of trouble makers then us he had a chart on his wall my class was the one that needed to improve the most and he made us go to the top classes instead of the last he made us grow im glad i had him I'm thankful to have had all those teacher they are a big part of my life i hope next year goes as well of even better"
"Don't see why there's even bad reviews. I went to this middle school about a 8/9 years ago. Education is great, teachers are awesome and pay attention to every single little thing to help you out. Sports are even better and you'll always get help if you seek for it or if they see you struggling. Ms. Hinojosa was the principal when I was there. MISS HER."
"The school is not a bad environment, it's the neighborhood that is not the best. If you are devoted to your studies as I was, it was a very fun and exciting place . I was always so excited to go to school and learn from my motivational teachers . The teachers are always there to help students when needed . My suggestion is to get involved in school activities such as student council, karate, demo team, cstem, band, and every other activity you are offered. The school is only as "good" or "bad" as you perceive it to be. If you are truly motivated to do well in your education, I do encourage you to come to Fonville and try your hardest in Pre-AP classes . This is the pathway I have chosen and I do not regret a bit of it! I am now a sophmore in an early college high school, and I am proud to look back and call myself a Fonville Falcon!"
