One time on a Saturday night we had a power surge due to a storm and my machine was sparking. We turned it off immediately and I had a new machine at my home and installed in less than a half hour. Any time we need supplies they always have them. Apria = GREAT people + GREAT service"

They lied to me about having contacted my insurance company and lured me into signing a “low co-pay” contract with them promising that after three consecutive payments, sold by them medical equipment will be totally in my ownership. Soon after the contract was signed, they started charging me again and again on monthly basis. No one in Apria customer service could answer my multiple questions about what exactly they charged me for, monthly, for about a year. No one could tell me what the total sum of my purchase was, while the sum shown in their contract appeared to be complete fraud. Upon my research, Apria had never contacted my insurance. They just lied, and lied, and lied to me, to the BBB, to the governmental services where I tried to find justice. Before you even think of dealing with Apria, think whether you need to be lied to, cheated, and deal with all the Apria company dishonest ways of operation. Awful experience of dealing with the highly skilled fraud."
