U.S. Bank Branch 2501 North Prince Street, Clovis, NM 88101

"I have used US bank for years now starting in CO, when I moved to Texas I found the nearest bank was in Clovis. It has never really been an issue because of online banking. I recently got married which means I needed to change my name at the bank. I drove 2 hours to go to this bank & immediately regretted it. I walked in and asked about changing it and I was asked if i had my marriage license which I did not (I didn’t know I needed it, everyone I asked told me I just needed my new social & new DL). When I mentioned I didn’t have it she instantly tried to turn me away while smirking. I explained that I drove 2 hours and it would be impossible to go home and come back I was met with a “sorry about your luck” attitude. As I was starting to panic another teller said it would be okay and that they could change it (thank Goodness). I was appalled when the original teller who tried to turn me away started huffing and puffing along with rolling her eyes. The entire time was very uncomfortable and unpleasant because she hardly spoke to me unless she had to. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. I have been to this location before and never had an issue but today was enough to make me want to close my account."
