"I'm a woman in search of a good fade, so I was recommended Exclusive Hair Studio by my co-worker, in particular Louie, but I wanted to walk in and feel it out for myself. 9:06am I walked through the door and despite it feeling like every other barbershop I was quickly acknowledged with a "good morning" by the first chair and asked if I had an appointment with Louie I said no, I'm a walk-in, I clearly had 2 in front of me plus the 2 already in the chair, regardless of this the first chair said no problem we'll make it happen in so many words, after 10 mins, same barber approached me and let me know that a barber could take care of me around 10am, I said that's fine I'll wait he said ok no problem. I must say I'm already impressed by the attention to me as a new customer, lets face it most barber shops that fit in this genre are cold and off-putting to new people until they become their regulars. Needless to say, I'm already pleased, and I'm not even in the chair yet. Eli walks in 2min before the hour, I expected to wait longer so I was pleasantly surprised when he walked in and said "are you ready" and I said yes. Nice fade, good conversation, reasonably priced, looks like I found my new barber and barbershop he even apologized for the wait. It was worth it. Thanks Eli."

"Angel really needs to regain full control of his barbers and reprimand them for their unprofessional mismanagement. Geo, one of the barbers is always late and half the time he doesn’t respond to text messages when you try to make an appointment. On several occasions I’ve sat down in Geo’s chair and he comes running into the shop 30 to 45 minutes later with a lame excuse as to why he wasn’t at the shop as scheduled. He requests that you make an appointment 48 hours in advance and yet he can’t even respond to your texts or when he does it’s days later!!! Let’s talk about the time I came to get my haircut and he looks up and acknowledges me but continued to shoot pool with his buddies!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"
