"I don’t recommend this place at all , some of the therapist will parent shame you, they don’t understand the child needs. And if you speak to the person in charge she will defend the therapist and make you feel shameful and hurt. It’s not the place for children."

"I paid $175 for my daughter's evaluation and was told I would hear within a week from the front office to schedule her therapy. Her evaluation was on June 16th. Since Rio Grande is not taking AETNA insurance, I would be paying for all the sessions up front. I was calling weekly for updates on how soon we could schedule her and I kept getting different excuses such as "The therapist went out of town and didn't turn in his evaluation form ", "The office manager is now out of town and they're the ones that handle scheduling ". Finally on August 2nd I called back to find our what the delay was, and they said they only have one appointment a week available until September. The lack of follow though is very disappointing. I do not recommend this Therapy Group, and if you have AETNA, keep looking, do not pay out of pocket! Waste of money and time. SIX weeks waiting and my one year still doesn't have her therapy."

"The speech therapist my child had was amazing with my child. Was very patient and got down to his level. My child was eager to go back. She made it fun and spaced a couple of minutes of playtime between activities to avoid distraction during the hands on. Unfortunately she moved, and my child really misses her, the new therapist works a bit different and doesn't seem that patient, my child got discouraged. Would still recommend."
