"Tried this place for the first time, won’t be back. Couldn’t do what I wanted. Wanted square toenails, turned out semi square, oval, & round, gel started to lift the next day, didn’t clean up gel from toes, didn’t offer diff pedi options, didn’t clean up the cuticles. Acrylics on the fingers-didn’t clean up the cuticles, didn’t do the shape I wanted she done coffin, the design is all crooked thicker uneven lines, air bubbles in the gel, acrylic not covering correctly, gel all over cuticles, lumpy polish, not filed correctly. I now see why it was so cheap! Cheap prices cause it’s cheap work. Never again!"

"If no stars was a rating this is what they would get. I went here to get my nails done and also to get my lashes done the tech who did my lashes was very unprofessional she kept trying to make me keep my eyes open even though I told her they would water if she kept them open as opposed to having me closing them while she did my lashes but she continued on anyway, while making rude remarks in another language about me. Then I got my nails done they were uneven and lumpy the dude kept like burning my hands with the tool it was just very uncomfortable then he snuck and put gel polish on which was a extra fee that I did not want...all the while getting acrylic dust all over my clothes. I will never I repeat never go here again and I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. The tech at another salon that I had fix his mistakes said she had never seen anything like this not even when she was just learning to do nails.I refuse to patronize such disrespectful people."

"I usually come here often and sit in chair 6. I don’t know if they were having a bad day but me and my little sister went there and they started on our hands and feet. They kept burning up with the tools they were using to the point I was bleeding on a finger. Then when it came to painting my nails I was not satisfied with what I received. My nails did not look like the display and he said it wasn’t going to look like that. So I asked why have it on the display looking one way if it’s not gonna look like that when you do it on other people nails. I went to all three techs and the two ladies had attitudes and told me I had to pay $45 for the service. I refused to pay and they locked me in the building even tho my sister paid for her lumpy uneven nails. I called 911 and the lady kept pushing me. I never laid a hand on her. She got mad that I wouldn’t pay and she swung on me and ended up hitting my little sister. I will never go there again and I see why their shop is always empty."
