"Nice school '''you learn a lot -if you want "but if you are lazy "" you lose your time ''in my opinion i learn a lot '"
"Horrible experience! If you are a English speaker they WON'T have English classes, they will only give classes for spanish speakers. Therefor you are basically learning everything by yourself on the book. This school not let you know about this whole issue before you enroll. The classes are also so weird they will put you in as soon as you enroll with people who have been there for like 4- 6 months. The communication is horrible as well to help you get your requirements!"
"I went to the school because a friend that is a student there swore the instructor was well equipped to give me the color I wanted. So I showed up at 1 pm, showed the exact picture of the color I wanted (plum/raspberry), explained that my hair was dyed blue/black 2 months prior, I asked if they could do it, both the instructor and the owner Sandra said yes it wouldn't be a problem. The owner told me to sign in and write what services I wanted. Before any services were rendered, they asked me to pay the $110 that it would cost. When they sat me down to see what my hair looked like, I asked them for the second time if they would be able to do it, the instructor reassured me she could. The instructor was directing the students on what to do. When they added chemical to remove the color, they put me under the heater for 30 mins, then left me 20 more mins just sitting there with the chemical in while they were in the back of the salon and the heater off. They washed it off, I was debating on getting a cut, which the students convinced me to not cut it short and to get layers instead. So I agreed and the instructor came to cut it. I saw my hair in my natural brown color and asked the instructor for the third time if they could do it, she said of course. By then, it was already 4 and it left one hour to finish it since they closed at 5. 2 students put the color in, halfway through, by 5pm, the instructor left the salon. She told them to leave the color in for 30 mins, which they washed it after 20, she told them to use cold water, they used hot, and to use the conditioner for 5 minutes, which they didn't do. I asked if they would dry my hair at least and the owner and the student were too anxious to leave, so they said no. They sent me home with wet clothes, stained skin all around my hair line, dripping wet hair that was brown with red patches. I went back to ask for a refund because I didn't want them to ruin it more, they refused. My scalp is burnt, my hair is discolored and they both refused to work with me. They claimed when I signed in, I signed a contract, which was never mentioned to me at the time. The instructor tried to tell me she saw the exact color I had asked, which was far from the truth, and was trying to play me for stupid. Will never go back, and would never recommend it to anyone else. Their service is horrible, poor communication, and they could have at least admitted fault. I dread the moment those students go to work for a real salon and think it's ok to ruin people's hair."
