We waited almost two hours and when my son got to the chair the women closest to the bathroom on the opposite wall asked what we wanted we said a combover and she said she didn’t cut with shears. I said okay well like just do a cute haircut with biggest guard. As she’s going in, she was rushing through it and all looked okay until I was able to get close up. He has uneven cut and long hair was left behind. We did not feel welcome what’s so ever."
