"Ive called and emailed trying to set up an appt no dice they never call back"
"I have been trying to contact this place and I've left several messages with no call back yet. I filled out the form sent to me with confidential information and no one has bothered to message me back! I doubt I'll be seeking their services"
"My daughter was seeing Leslie to help her cope with her father's alcoholism and absenteeism. She would request that we email any cancellation/reschedule requests because she couldn't answer the phone. There were multiple times where I would reach out to confirm appointments, with no answer. We showed up to an appointment and we were waiting for over an hour; she saw us sitting there and said nothing. I finally asked if she was going to see my daughter or not--she said she didn't have her down for any appointments and proceeded to call in another patient. She is very unprofessional and lacks communication skills."
"I saw Leslie for the first time on Nov 16. I confided my severe trauma in her. She made me feel seen and heard and everytime I came into her office she would remind me I was safe. And I started to believe her. As a severe trauma survivor, I struggle to trust and Leslie seemed to know exactly what to say to me to get me to feel comfortable with her. She triggered me in visceral ways, but acted like it was just a part of the healing process. On January 11, she abandoned me. She closed my patient portal account. No explanation. No closure. Just a…you’re too much for me, e-mail. She abandoned me in crisis. I put everything in me, into trying to heal from things that should’ve never happened and it’s deeply painful to be reminded, once again, that I’m easy to give up on. I understand if I was more than Leslie was capable of handling, but if that was the case, I deserved that explanation, not complete abandonment - which is both unethical and illegal. Thankfully, I am safe. But many people would not be in this situation. THIS is how suicides happen. And for a THERAPIST, that’s pretty despicable."
"I have left two voice messages and have not received a callback. I understand if they do not have any availability, but I would expect someone to at least call and let me know."
