"Last Monday I called and scheduled a cab for transport to the airport Tuesday. My father-in-law had just died and I needed to get to Georgia for his funeral. Having used them the prior month for the first time, I was fairly confident they would show up as scheduled. I was wrong. 5 minutes after the failed arrival time, I was on the phone...on hold for over 10 minutes...while throwing my luggage into my car. My call was never answered, and by the grace of God I was able to drive myself to ABI- making my flight with just moments to spare. Wednesday I called to file a complaint-on voicemail. A 'manager' returned my call more than 24 hours later. He offered no explanation or apology. I promised a bad review, and unlucky this company, I keep my promises! Don't ever use this company if you seriously need to be somewhere. Additionally, my first experience with this company involved a cab that wreaked of sandalwood, permeating my clothing for the remainder of the day. I couldn't stand the smell of myself. SO UNPROFESSIONAL."
"Had one good experience with them for a ride to the ATX airport. The driver was 5 minutes early. Awesome, right? Decided to try them again for my next airport trip, and arranged for a cab over 30 hours in advance. Started calling when they hadn't shown up after the 15 minute mark. Stayed on hold for 30 minutes, hung up and got a friend to take me to the airport. I received a voicemail that he was at my home but I wasn't there. Mind you, this was 1.5 hours AFTER my scheduled pickup and I was waiting to board my flight. Use them at your own peril and if you're not on a deadline."
"I am sitting at my house luggage in hand waiting for Austin cab - missing my flight. Called 30 min in advance to schedule for 6:15p at 6:25p I decided to call. The operator told me no one had accepted the call. No call back to inform me they after 40 min they hadn't found a driver. I could have booked with another company. This is the 3rd time they have totally dropped the ball. The other two I set up up everything online 12hrs in advance as well as called to confirm and both times no one showed up. This company is so unorganized and unprofessional I cannot express with out cussing and swearing. Do not trust - do not use."
"I'm sure the cab drivers are good, but somethings wrong with dispatch. I've never had such poor customer service with any cab company. Sounds like it's ran out of a house....I had to reschedule a pick up last minute along with the time and address (sorry that's how buisness people work) and before the girl could confirm the change she hangs up on me and doesn't say a word. I thought the line just got disconnected so I called a few times and no pick up. NOT OK, seeing that people can miss flights back home."
"Worst cab experience ever. I called hours ahead of time and the woman who answered was very short toned and clearly hated her life, they had the cheapest rates and being on a budget i went with them anyway. I called about 5 hours in advance and set my pick up time for 5pm. i was ready early and called them at 430 seeing if they could get someone out a little earlier, that same woman said we will send someone right away. 5pm came and no one had showed up, i waited figuring traffic might have delayed the driver. at 515 i get a call from the driver saying it will be at least 45 minutes. no apology, no reason just ill be late. so i called the cab company directly and granted i was pretty upset but the woman was again very rude and short with me and kept cutting my off when i tried to explain my situation, i was on a time deadline and i needed cab here AT 5 LIKE I REQUESTED. She kept saying "sir you are getting mad at the wrong person" WHO ELSE AM I SUPPOSE TO GET MAD AT?!?! She was the one i had been talking to all day and who was responsible for getting the cab there on time. Once i finally got it through to her that i needed them there NOW all she kept asking was "well do you still want the cab or not?" OF COURSE I WANT THE CAB!!! WHY ELSE WOULD I STILL BE TALKING TO YOU?!?! at this point i was put on hold with out any warning and it sounded as if she had hung up on me. I hung up and called right back and asked for a manager and she told me she was the only one there and was very rude telling me that all she did was put me on hold. She even kept calling me by the wrong name, its Josh, pretty simple, how dumb do you have to be to screw that one up? Once i finally got the cab out at 530 the driver was just as rude and dumb. i told him exactly where i needed to go and he could not find it. passed the place twice and thus i was charged extra for his incompetence. word of advise, pay the few extra dollar and go with a reputable company like yellow cab and avoid the frustration that i experienced."
