"Before, I would never go to one specific barber shop. I would sometimes leave a bit unhappy with the haircut. The first time I came here (Headstock Barbershop), I called ahead to see if they would take walk-ins, and the person who answered the phone was kind and said they did. The place gives good vibes, it's nice and looks very vintage. John walked up to me, and he introduced himself. Before he started cutting my hair, John repeated what I wanted, and as he was cutting my hair, he kept asking and making sure it was what I wanted. That stood out a lot to me because it's something that other places didn't do before. I've been going here ever since, overall, great atmosphere, and John definitely shows professionalism and passion for what he does."

John was extremely attentive to making sure I looked my best, and the rest of the staff were friendly and inviting to both the clients in the seat as well as their co-workers. The camaraderie here between the staff was noticable as well, as folks that weren't busy helped with making sure other's stations were clean and free of hair.
