"Some of the worst drivers I have ever seen. These nimrods will cut you off then slam on their brakes in your face. I flip these idiots off all the time. They think they can yell at people and be rude to other drivers. I am from Chicago and I have dealt with WAY worse than you weaklings. Keep trying me and see what happens!"

"On 11/12/22 at the UT football game I witnessed one of these drivers hit a women and then drive away. On top of that, I watched people in the crowd try to get their attention the driver appeared to roll up the window and drive off. Not a business I will EVER support and hope the Austin City Police were called! If anyone else was at the game and saw this please report it to the police. Hopefully someone snapped a pic of the License plate!"

"Your drivers in Austin need to shape up their act. They are harrassing other motorists and acting extremely unprofessional. On several occasion I have witnessed your cab drivers screaming at motorists with rants of profanity., being overly aggressive on the roads, and generally being obnoxious. This is Austin not New York City... take that mentality elsewhere or I will have talks with my friends in the APD and then you'll answer to them."

Rachel had excellent customer service and was very informative of how the Electronic Cab worked. She went above and beyond to help me find my car.
