"Horrible management at Missouri city location, not at all customer friendly.I have been taking swimming classes for myself and my son for so many months and still they can not adjust to schedule a makeup class if you are late by just 3 days. I was told by customer care that I will get a call back and a make up token for missing a class due to bad weather but the call never came.Another time I missed to reschedule my make up class by only 3 days( my batch being the last, they would leave immediately after class so I would not be able to reschedule at the location) and they refused to schedule it….I absolutely do not recommend them at all.."
