"I love how they cut my son's hair. Unfortunately, they are very rude in the way they conduct business. When my credit card didn't go through the manager, Heather, demanded I run my card through again. Of course it was denied since my bank red flags duplicate purchases. She acted like I was trying to cheat the company out of payment. I filed a dispute with my bank after paying her with cash. I also had to request a receipt from her. The bank informed me that the problem was with the sport cuts system. She should be able to recognize this problem and handle it appropriately. If I hadn't requested the receipt though, I wouldn't have been able to file the dispute though. She should have offered a discount for repeat business after the inconvenience. She doesn't value you as a customer. WARNING ⚠️. If you want to frequent this establishment, pay in cash only!"

"They charge ridiculously high price of $26 for a haircut. Not sure this atrocious price is for this location or all Sports Clips, but too much for such an regular hair cutting service. The lady took less than 10 min to cut my hair, and charged $26!! Then again their system asks fot tip and donation, and it became $30!!!"

"This is more reflective of the company overall. The reservation process sucks and makes no sense. The app told me a half hour wait when I reserved. I reserved and blew 30 minutes to get to the time. I get to the store, check in. Now I have another 30 min wait. Do they want people to sleep in the shop? The barber was awesome. But I mean it took an hour to get in the chair. Edit: So if the wait is approximate then when do I get an update that it changed? I'm waiting 30 mins for what the app says then I get there and it changes by another half hour??? Why would I walk in just to get the same half hour? The app is supposed to be accurate well you would think. But yeah just try something stupid again next time."
