"If you don't mind being disrespected, this is a good location to you. I came for driving road test, I called 30 minutes before to inquire if I need an appoitnment or can just walk in, but no one respond. So I went there and walked in, a lady told me to print my texas impact, insurance, and give her my permit, she phone called the instructor to come, and then told me to park my car to a specific location in the parking lot where there 4 cones placed like corners of a triangle, which was 300 ft away from the office, I went there and parked my park and came back. I waited for the instructor for 30 minutes, and then he came, when he entered the store I could never think he was the instructor, he entered frowning, didn't say hi, nor introduce himself, nor asking my name, he just took the papers on the disk and said in low voice "let's go," when we went out, he asked where was my car, I pointed towar my car, he said "why did you park it there?" I told him that the lady inside told me to, "Go get your car I'm not going to walk all way over there," even though it was only 300 ft or less and would take only 30 seconds to walk. I walked to my car and brough front the office, he didn't get in my car as he was checking the lights and the tires, and then he told to honk, I told him that the horn doesn't work, he said "we can't do road test on a car that its horn is not working, let's take it in my car." Driving a car of someone who is for no reason angry at me and at his excisitence was last thing I wanted to do, so I told him to give me my permit back and that I don't want to do the test, he told me to park first, I told him, "no I'm not going to park just give my permit its on your hand." He gave my permit back and I drove away."

"I took an entire course! Nailed EVERYTHING but could NOT back up in a straight line. I came back to Houston upset for not being able to get my CDL and began looking for someone who’d be willing to basically RE- teach me the physical driving part of the test. I started at the top of the list and worked my way down alphabetically. 160 DRIVING ACADEMY made it clear that without me paying full price and starting from scratch I wasn’t worth their time. When I asked if they knew of anyone who would teach me the portion I was struggling with the lady litterally laughed in my ear and quickly ended our call. NOBODY managed to be quite as insulting and snotty as 160 Academy but none were interested in just teaching me what I needed to pass. EVERY single driving school I spoke to wanted to enroll me in their entire course, and me pay the ENTIRE amount even though I didn’t need it. I was begging towards the end UNTIL TONY RETURNED MY CALL. He was so understanding and by his willingness and kindness I came to really know that this is a guy that really wants to see others succeed! , not just the people that take his entire course. He set up a time we could practice, he gave me his undecided attention, recognized where I was making errors, showed me the correct way in a manner that I really understood and the rest was just how it should be for everyone. He set up the exam. Had some last pointers and cheered me on! Thank you Tony!!!! You’re the reason I was able to practice and finally pass. Wish every instructor was as kind and passionate as you!!"

"Never in my life had I met such an unprofessional instructor. I was here for my test where the guy immediately yelled at me and grabbed my wheel throughout the entire test. It didn’t even feel like a test, more like I was being instructed and yelled at. I’d rather wait 4 months for a test at TX dps than for here again. There’s a lot of things they let pass and you should probably go to the cypress driving school instead. Edit: if you’ve read the owner’s response, you’ve seen how petty this guy is. Support your local businesses, not a chain like this. And ironically, I did pass my exam."

"The instructor, Tony did amazing teaching me. Especially the parallel parking. It seemed so hard at first but he explained every step so seamlessly, it made the entire experience a breeze!"
