"This restaurant is clean and orderly with free parking all around. The food is standard like most fast food places. They have a very nice variety and a tasty choice of foods. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The service area is protected from customers and there is ample places to sit. I recommend this restaurant and their service."

"I appreciate the hard working kitchen staff and the food was solid, but I ran into major problems with the process of ordering and receiving my food here. Placed an online order via the Panda app for a 4:54 PM pickup. Arrived. Order wasn't ready, no big deal. It took me 40 minutes to receive my food. They seemed to serve every single in-person order before attending to any online orders. After a few polite asks about the status of my order, they finally started preparing it, then let it sit on the counter for an extended period of time. Had to ask after the status of my order a third time before they realized it was missing one thing, so they completed the order and passed it off to me. When I arrived home, I noticed they had mistakenly given me an incorrect side, too!"

"Nice packed take out plate, 2 items and noodles. Overall decent service and nothing above and beyond. Did not expect it to have for fast food place."

"This panda is the closest one to my house, so I got here a couple of times a month. I can't remember a time they actually had all food options available. They are always out of something. Last time it was 4 things. I had to wait almost 10 minutes again for food to be made... And almost every other time I go there, its the same situation. Some serious lack of communication between the servers and cooks."

"I went to the drive through and they told me to move forward and wait a few minutes for the Chow Mein. I waited 15 minutes until I realized they FORGOT I was there waiting. I came back around and asked if it's ready and of course it was. Worst customer service I've ever received in any fast food restaurant. I would give zero stars if I could"
