The Briarwood School, located at 12207 Whittington Drive in Houston, Texas, is dedicated to providing a traditional school setting with extracurricular activities to ensure that every child is well-rounded, thriving, and successful. Our Upper, Middle, & Lower Schools offer instruction tailored to the way students learn best, with a focus on remediating weaknesses and teaching to each child's strengths.
Our diagnostic-prescriptive approach aims to teach the whole child, helping students achieve success and increased self-esteem. The Briarwood Fine Arts Program and various sports opportunities provide students with avenues for self-expression and reaching their full potential.
Whether students choose to finish their education at Briarwood or transition to another institution, our Administration is there to support them every step of the way. Our Support Services, including dedicated Learning Labs, offer additional instruction to help students excel academically.

"In a year and a half my daughter went from testing below average...well below average...in reading and math to above average in both! She struggles w/ adhd combined type, dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia. She is on grade level in all subject except language arts where is is grade level remedial. I went from my daughter being 2 plus grade levels behind to on level! Her confidence in her school work alone makes this school worth every cent. Highly recommend!"
