"Tonight when I ordered I chose to wait for fresh chow mein and the employees behind the counter decided to forget to call me when my order was ready..however they managed to call everyone else when their order was ready. My skin is too brown to receive good customer service at this establishment and I will not be back. I will also tell all my people to eat somewhere else."

"Bad service workers are just playing and chatting. They don’t greed u anymore. They see clients and ignore. I order 4 bigger plates but one of them didn’t have cheese cream rangoons instead it had honey walnut."

"I frequently go this location because it’s near my home and typically never have an issue. Saturday evening I went in and ordered 2 plates and a medium side. I placed my order, paid and then waited for a fresh order of honey walnut shrimp and cho mein. The wait was about 10 minutes due to them being a bit busy. After making it home I noticed I was given the wrong food. My fiancé has a seafood allergy so I order him chicken teriyaki and orange chicken but was given a double order of honey walnut shrimp. The cashier told me she could give me a side of the teriyaki chicken which I explained she would have to replace the dish due to his allergies, which she gave me attitude about. After going back and fourth for a few mins I asked for a refund. She told me they don’t give refunds, passed me back the food and walked away. I asked for the manager who insisted on giving me a free plate instead of just refunding me. The manager and cashier then proceeded to speak in Spanish before finally giving me a refund. I was so angry with the service as this has never happened. Food allergies are a big deal and I was totally disregarded."

"Terrible! I ordered online and the food was ready on time. I ordered the honey sesame chicken but once I opened it and saw my chicken was burnt and most of them was hard!! I was extremely piss tf off! I was looking forward to this meal tasting delicious like usual but I realized this is what happens when u try a new location! Wasted my hard earned money!"

"I am writing a review on this Panda Express-because the super greens were not as advertised, I wanted sizzling shrimp and they said they don't carry it at the location. With a huge advertising sign of it. Smh! The straw that broke the camel back is I asked destiny who is the manager for teriyaki sauce which she said to get myself. And for chop sticks which was right in front of her. She told me know and to go by the pop machine and get it myself. That drew a red flag . I said but you are right their she said i don't want yo mess up the line i saw she had gloves on which would be understandable but her gloves were on the line. I thought it was very rude."
