"To all the students waiting to get their refund, how can I reach to you? I am also a former student waiting on my refund since September 2022! Until now they did not return my refund. I wanna join a lawsuit for this!"
"Really didn’t want to make this review, but here it is. I contacted this school last year about getting my last instructor certificate at their NB location (which appears to have closed now?). They said it wouldn’t be an issue and I put down $1500 to start training there. They did not, in fact, have an instructor for me as the chief was based in Houston (I was not told this prior to putting down the money). I showed up for orientation and was told I’d be contacted soon… as they were trying to shuffle around an instructor to work with me without me having to drive 3 hours for a lesson…. Never happened. I then began an email campaign with the staff to get a refund…. No response. This school will, quite literally, steal from you. I never received a lesson, lesson plan, estimated start date, or even a return email…. Where is my refund? Potential students: I’ve worked in aviation for a while now… how you treat your students who have the ability to be a three rating instructor if you need speaks volumes about your quality and culture, do your due diligence and choose elsewhere. I look forward to your reply…."
"Ex-students like myself need to join in a lawsuit because I dont seem to be the only that can't get my student loan refunded due to the company avoiding and stone-walling us. My loan creditor says all of my loan amount was used up when I only used a fraction of it and then the school closed down suddenly. There is some obvious foul play going on here. Laywer up and hold this school accountable."
"SCAM school. They will take your money and make up lies to avoid communication to resolve issues. Planes are trash and barely flying half the time, even if they are its done illegally. Unprofessional and terrible place with terrible attitudes and worse CFIs. This company has written hot checks and burned bridges at every airport they have been at. Amazing that the FAA hasn't shut them down completely. STAY AWAY !"
"*Read the reviews on their New Braunfels school and check their complaints on the BBB.* The school has multiple complaints of not taking care of their students while giving foreign internationals priority for flight lessons. Which would not be so bad if it wasn’t taking them 9 months to refund loans. They even did this to a couple of their own CFIs. I withdrew last May, I got refunded in January. The school started giving me and many others 2 lessons a month. We couldn’t even move forward. Took me over a year to get my PPL, I’d rotate my schedule around theirs and they would blow off my lessons, or give them to IFR students while it was perfect weather for VFR flying. The CFIs started going downhill like it was desperatere hiring, one I had literally seemed terrified to fly. On top of it when I told the admin that the chief pilot called me seemingly drunk to talk about school stuff, the admin admitted he’s heard that a few times. Who does that? Spend your money elsewhere as the owner is in the Middle East and won’t even get back to students for situations like mine."
