Even when she has staff around, she consistently takes the time to greet and assist clients promptly, eliminating any unnecessary waiting. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and as a manager myself, I recognize the challenge of coaching the right attitude—it's a quality that some possess inherently, and this lovely lady certainly does. Her genuine warmth and proactive approach make every visit to the store a pleasure.
