"A few years ago my parents and I had our income tax prepared by a gentlemen in his mid 50's, he was so rude, not helpful at all, I left so disappointed. He did not answer any of the questions I had seemed to me that he was annoyed by our presence. I do not recommend this place at all."

"Cindy has not been helpful whatsoever, and they have very bad service towards clients. My dad went for a real estate deed and title transfer, and they have not been able to satisfy this. He has already paid for this service, and when he first checked in they said they couldn’t find his documents and for him to resend everything. My dad resent his documents, and they are now saying again that his documents are nowhere to be found. After almost 1 year, there is still no update for this service."
