"1) Had a package shipped there for pick up. At time of pick up they advised that someone else had presented my tracking number and picked up the package. They offered to send me a picture of the thief from their video feed, but didn't change the fact they gave me package with expensive contents to the wrong person. Fortunately, Chase refunded my credit card. 2) Near impossible to contact- I tried emailing and literally called 15 times over two weeks (I checked my phone history) and was sent to a voice mailbox that hadn't been set up. Nightmare."
"I was asked to pay 2 dollars for a re-used Amazon box to return an item to amazon. I have previously gone and had been charged 1.00 for taping a box closed. I've never had an issue with the store on Monarch Drive. The store is conveniently placed, but I feel this is excessive and an easy trap to get a few extra dollars in the owner's pocket."
