"They are strictly by appointment I was there for pick up my appointment at 3pm tried to check in at 1pm told me come back 3pm after 2hrs checked in at 3pm I asked ETA at 5:15 pm the lady at counter forced them to load my trailer got paperwork 6:35pm very clean and clean restroom can stay at their parking too."

"For Delivery Turn Left passes security checkpoint. Receiving staff is courteous and polite.Reached 7:30 for 8:00 am appointment. Got Dock right away. Don’t open the doors and don’t cut the seal. Slide Tandems and Back up Door closed at the Dock they will open inside themselves. Unloading took 2 hours. Very clean Washroom.Petro Truck stop right at the exit no.240 of i-55."
