Their attention and dedication to enhancing their musical experience has been evident. The growth that my children have made musically is contributed to the patience and excellent instruction they have received from their piano teacher, Ms. Rachael. The front desk personnel are always so welcoming and attentive whether I am asking a question in person or over the phone. "We’ve been with The Conservatory at Cinco Ranch for 2 years, since moving here from Austin. Rachael Amos is a wonderful teacher! She’s got a special way of connecting with kids/people of all ages and excels at gearing the music lessons towards each person’s individual strengths/interests. She’s taught my youngest daughter in piano and my eldest daughter in voice and songwriting. So whether it’s piano, voice or songwriting… she’s got techniques we haven’t seen in our previous teachers/schools. Choir at Beckendorff Jr High had damaged my daughter’s voice. The “whispering singing” they do at Beckendorff Choir and putting her in a lower range than her natural Soprano range, really did a number on her, vocally. Rachael was able to build it back to an even higher level than we thought she could achieve. My eldest daughter never feels like she hits vocal building plateaus like she did with her previous teachers. She feels she’s consistently improving with the techniques and tips Rachael has to offer. Truly a kind, gifted, caring teacher who’s committed and fully invested in the growth and wellbeing of each of her students. She makes the process fun and casual. Highly recommend The Conservatory at Cinco Ranch and Rachael Amos."

"Very disappointed in the communication with Conservatory of Music at Cinco Ranch changing my daughters piano classes at the last minute. If you read other reviews its shows the lack of professionalism and poor communication with other students. They need to improve on communicating properly by talking with someone before changing time for the classes, and not emailing or leaving voicemail on the same day the classes are scheduled. We knew the time was going to change in August once school starts but assumed someone would call and communicate with us not just leaving a voicemail 2 to 3 hours before class and change the time that does not work for us. They called during working hours while me and my wife are both at work and they left a voicemail on my wife's phone and she did not even see the message on time. Really poor communication pulling my daughter out of the class after this month because we don't want to deal with this."

"This place is fabulous. Professional and talented staff who are wonderful with children. My daughter started when she was five and has blossomed under their instruction. She plays both piano and drums and is developing lifelong skills. Love this music school!"
