"You have to take this shop off your list. Their check-in order is ignored. I went from a 24 min wait down 3 min back up to 22 min. I was skipped over twice by walk-ins (who must be their friends) then I was told I would be next and SHIPPED OVER A THIRD TIME. A shrug of the shoulders and a "I don't know what to tell ya" later, I had to walk out. I pay them for a haircut. They should pay me back for my time that they wasted!"

"I'd leave ZERO stars if I could .I waited 30 minutes after checking in ONLINE (10 minutes wait) and because THEY made a mistake, they took me off their wait list, didn't even ask me even though I was sitting in their lobby the whole time. They didn't even check with anyone when their wait list said 2 people in lobby and there were 2 people sitting in the lobby. Thanks for that experience! And it was Libby who was the one who passed me over. In reading the reviews, sounds like I'm not the only one who has had issues with her. Offered me a free hair cut. Why would I waste my time there any more than I already have. Didn't even get an apology. They'll probably also remove this post like my spot on their wait list. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Go down the road to the better location."
