"I really love what World Market has to offer. Tonight on my quest to find some perfect throw pillows I found the cutest little pillow but it was marked with some dirt. I found a second one but that had some snags in the knitting. When asking if they would provide a mark down the managers tone and demeanor was rude and less then the friendly. As a customer service professional myself, this is a basic skill set anyone in this industry should carry. I likely wouldn’t have taken the time to write a review but as we exited the store my husband asked “is it just me that thought that manager was rude?”."

"Truly an eclectic mix of home decor and food items. Today I found (December) holiday greeting cards for 75% off and bought for next Christmas at this great price. We regularly shop here for the scone mixes (just add water) from Sticky Fingers bakeries. Prices are much lower than what we find online. Also a wide selection of flavors. Cashiers are friendly, helpful, and efficient every time."
