"Highly unsatisfied I told them a specific order in the drive thru & they gave me what they wanted. I said that I wanted only orange chicken on a specific meal & I got Beijing beef for my wife on the side. Beijing beef was on my meal which im allergic to some of Beijing seasoning, they told me they couldn’t take it back or remake it because I opened it. No I didn’t eat just checked it soon as it was given to me.They told me if I wanted another order I would have to pay & that I didn’t say what I wanted before I got to window, when my order wasn’t made correctly from the beginning very unprofessional."

"Staff is friendly & provides great customer service. Servings are great at THIS location. Although farther from home, I'm considering traveling here instead of my Oak Lawn location. "To the Manager identified as “Kai” who yelled “What” to me in a loud, disrespectful and lack of customer etiquette because I asked in a low tone were the crab Rangoon's fresh, I will be following up with your General Manager via email. You’re the tallest employee in the store and a front line leader, but you’re setting a bad example for your subordinates who are supposed to look up to you. Even the young female cashier who was ringing me up looked shocked at how you yelled at me. If you couldn’t hear me because of the noise in the restaurant, yelling What! to me in a nasty and disrespectful way is the the way."
