"Update… 7/10/23 So POS system was down and ASHLEY failed , once you are out of the sales persons sight they no longer care about that sale . I called several times and was not able to get anyone … when I finally spoke to Robert he was crass and uninterested because I wanted to cancel my order , it took me two weeks to cancel the order in order to free up the money on the cc . The cvs folks say they request the cancellation it’s up to the store to cancel when they finally canceled the order I found out that the wrong color was ordered initially anyway. Wow Wow , had a great experience at Ashley in Vernon Hills. In search of a new sofa sectional Had not planned to purchase but the service was so good, we decided to order so we’d have out choices in time for the move . They honored the tax in the state where delivery is taking place . Robert was an awesome conversation and had answers -all of our questions . Couldn’t be more pleased ."
