"Our daughter is in her second year at Cross Lutheran School, and we absolutely love the school; the teachers; and the administration. Our experience thus far has been nothing short of exceptional! We’ve never personally seen or overheard an instance or allegation of abuse or neglect from staff or administration. My Wife and I are very involved at Cross. To the review about money and student to teacher ratio being higher than public school, let me speak from experience and say this – I’ll take our experience thus far at Cross versus any of the dozens of horror stories I’ve heard from our 17-year-old about classrooms at New Braunfels ISD. Regarding the money comment, we’ve all missed cancelling something before we get charged for the next month. It stinks. If you think about the flip side, the school probably crafted their yearly budget based on X number of students enrolled; then inevitably someone moves or a military family has to suddenly uproot. And that budgeted income stream is interrupted, so instead of charging that student’s tuition for the rest of the semester or year, they do provide you with grace and only charge you another month. We’ve got so many positive things to say about Cross and the entire staff; just not enough room in the review box to say it all!"
"This place needs to be shut down. Children have been hurt by the school staff. The school staff are rarely in the office and when they are they neglect to disburse prescribed medication to children whose lives depend on it. They also have had lawsuits brought up before for various other reasons."
"This school is about the Almighty not God , the almighty dollar . My grandkids had to leave the school and for 3 days short of the 30 day notice they were charged . They claimed over head expense. No grace at this school . Also their student to teachers ratio is higher than public school. Be aware of this school ."
