"Lou is a 'one man show' Barber Shop. I have been a customer since 1992 when I found that Lou could do a very short flat top. By appointment only. Mask wearing is 'requested', but not mandated. The shop has many indoor plants. Prices for regular, kids, and seniors. The shop is in a corner strip mall that is nearly abandoned."
