"If I could give zero stars, i would. This place lost my respect once they allowed my son to drive a car that ended up catching fire. Before my son drove that day, he told the instructor that the car felt stiff and was hard to turn the wheel. The instructor continued with the lesson. While on the highway, the engine started falling apart and caught fire. The fire department had to be called. I believe they do not maintain their vehicles. I addressed this with the instuctor and he was upset and defensive. It was a very dangerous situation that could have ended very badly. I do not reccomend taking your son or daughter here. Its too risky in my opinion. The instructors reaction was very nonchalant. He didnt seem to care at all about his students safety. I dont feel it is a safe school. Updated reply: My son was a teenager when he signed up , not an "older adult" as this owner keeps claiming. On top of that, the only people ive spoken to were males. So i dont know who this female owner is. A more appropriate response to what happened is "im sorry, we take full responsibility etc" instead it seems im getting a whole lotta of "wasnt my fault...also your son is old. I was in the military" hogwash. Dont pee on my leg and tell me its raining. And as for this alleged video that may not exist, i asked to see it and i was told they gave away the only copy they had. The owner states in her feedback that a student failed 3 times. That should reflect on their ability to teach. The owners feedback was so long and just seemed like they still refuse to take accountability for their companys mistakes. Make of that what you will. I sure hope i dont get another long reply that includes zero accountability."

"Took their classes. Failed the driving test with them three times. Went with them to learn how to drive.. They fail to teach properly how to drive. Follow up message. When you have to leave a very long reply you know you did something wrong and have to justify it by a lot of words that are hallow."

"Trust me, you don't wanna enroll in any other school. If it's not A+ then it's none other esp if you are military or Veteran, a student with a very tight schedule, like anyone at all. Mr. &Mrs. Washington menhI don't even know where to begin, best people to entrust even your driving dream with. Very kind, patient, welcoming, and pleasant and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of from all angles. Very great teacher, Mrs. Washington is the best teacher and friend. I got my license today and it is like a work of art, a miracle. Just signup and they have all the resources just ask and they will cater to your comfort. I am going to recommend as many as I come across in my previous situation. Thank you A+ I am overwhelmed with joy! ❤️"

"This place is awesome. The energy of the staff and their enthusiasm to teach are unmatched! We used A+ Driving Academy for our teenager. We initially signed up for the free lesson and it went so well we purchased an additional service package. I absolutely love how they empower my teen by allowing him to get notifications about his lessons tests and appointments but they also keep parents in the loop by sending them blind copy of the emails too. We never missed a beat and we’re fully informed the entire process. The Behind the Wheel Drives went so smoothly. I love that A+ would pick our teen up from school and then drop him off at home. It made the entire process so much easier. If there are going to be late or any change in schedule, no matter how minor, your teen is informed! The parents are informed as well but I could tell that my son loved getting notifications/reminders straight to his phone. I sent an email on the weekend and had a response within the hour. When it was time to pick up my teen for drives, I got notifications of who the instructor was, a picture of the vehicle, and confirmation that my teen was successfully picked up. I highly, HIGHLY recommend A+ Driving Academy for your teen driver or adult driver services!! If you love enthusiasm, professionalism, and efficiency, this is YOUR place! Thank you A+!!"
