"Went through this program in 2018 and the program director and instructor had me fooled with their rhetoric about how recognized their program was. #1 piece of advice: Do not do this alternative cerification if you are looking for a teaching position in NISD. Almost all of the Principles I have talked to (5 Middle Schools and 11 Elementary Schools) want an alternative certification that includes student teaching hours. In addition several of the administrators did not have very high opinions of the ACE program or the Board Chairman. So far this choice has been nothing but a Huge disappointment as well as a waste of time and money."
