"Called the day before said call a hour before...did no one answered used a another service..these people are useless"
"Wouldn't let me post without a Star but no stars at all.. happened in April but still think about it due to the awesome service I received from another company. I had requested a ride the night before for a ride from Mansfield to the greyhound station in Dallas. The next morning not only did a driver not show but the company also failed to answer when I called. Resulting in me missing my scheduled bus. I then had to spend more money to get my ticket reissued for a later time(the next morning).and also had to stay the night at the greyhound station. Which from what I was told isn't a good area after dark. Security literally told me not to go outside once it gets dark. I still needed a ride so I called legacy. The driver I spoke to was lined up at the moment but, told me an estimated time and arrived less than an hour after I spoke to him. Highly recommend legacy if anyone wants a good service. And yes, it was your company. It was your number I called the night before and spoke to someone and also the number I called the next morning (I admit more than a few times) because I was in a bad situation and needed out and really needed to get to the station."
"DO NOT USE this people.they made me miss my flight.I called them they said in 20 min a cab will be there after 40 min not showing up I call them 10 times they didn’t even answer. I went to their address on the website,it’s not even a Bussines address it’s a house. If I could give 0 star I would but not an option"
