"Call ahead before you come to ask how crowded they are. There can be way too made kids who are too big and wild for the safety of toddlers. There does not seem to be an appropriate limit on numbers admitted and it can depend on the number of birthday parties. Some staff are attentive and do safety checks. Some sit behind the counter just looking at their phone. This place can be great, but it really depends on the age and number of kids"

"We had an awesome time the manager and the other gentleman that we're working their work great they were hilarious they were fun they were happy they were energetic they were just down to earth people we thank them for helping us with our guests and party. We love the location the venue is set up at the hawthorn Mall in Vernon Hills which I love so much it is so spacious I would recommend this particular venue to anyone looking to host a birthday party for your child."

"I don't do Google reviews but their impeccable service should definitely be recognized. I went to funflatables early this year and my kids loved the bouncy houses. I could already picture having his birthday party here. We celebrated our son's 5th birthday here. Ms Liza is such an awesome lady, she followed up with me from the time I booked the party and guided till the end. Her husband is such a gem of a person, we were literally astonished that they help you in everything, you can just sit down and have fun with you guests. It's a clean and hygienic place to host parties for kids. Thank you Ms Lisa, we definitely recommend this place just for you and husband's awesome service- you guys are so hard working."

"I hosted my son’s 3rd birthday here in August. After attending a party yesterday at another venue and writing a bad review for that place I realized I never shared the wonderful experience I had at funflatables. The place is very clean and the party host was beyond helpful. I don’t recall his name but he was the district manager. He took care of us from beginning to end and offered to do it all so I could just sit and enjoy the party with my family. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. After witnessing the lack of service at the party I attended yesterday your place really stuck out and made me appreciate it it even more!"

"Spent 2 hours there with spouse and kids for a birthday party. Positives are: 1. It was relatively clean as they had trash cans out for each birthday party. The parties were sectioned off by stand-up bar railings like an amusement park and plastic benched in each. 2. Bathrooms were unisex and had changing stations. 3. Soft carpeting and support columns had gym grade padding. 4. They allow you to bring in your own pizza... 5. Easy to find on second floor above popular restaurant and one side of Macy's. Negatives were that staff weren't attentive to safety and looked checked out. 2. They have a toddler section, but older kids were constantly in it. It would be nice if a sign were up showing 1 to 3 only or something. 3. It would be nice to see an AED and 1st aid kit hanging together. Kids had fun, but the best ages for this place are 1 to 7."
