"Worst service, this school year has been the worst. My kids have to wait on the bus for an hour at least 3 times a week, just because “they are short staff”. Hopefully they can do something about it before mornings get colder. Bus 170 Scotts apartments."

"My kids have been going to Southwest for MANY years, (they range in age from 6 to 23) and I've always had nothing but pleasant experiences with this transportation department. I see someone making a lengthy negative review, and I've read his other reviews, and he only ever complains about places, except for maybe two others. In one of his reviews, he says he was offered a bucket of hot water for his room, and he called it a racist statement, saying just because he's Hispanic doesn't mean he showers with buckets... I don't even know what that is supposed to mean or where that even came from, because in my 40 years I have NEVER heard that reference. I wouldn't put too much faith in that person's review, because from what I've read, he just loves to complain. This is the best district in the city, and the people working at dispatch have always been kind, courteous, professional, helpful, happy, upbeat and easy to talk to. The bus drivers are the same, very nice and very patient and very protective of their riders. To everyone in the transportation department, you are doing an amazing job and we, the non bitter parents, appreciate everything you do! Thank you for always being there and taking care of our kids. "

"No children should be arriving home almost 6pm from elementary, while staff and transportation director is relaxing at home with their families. It’s ridiculous not even 2 weeks into school and already starting with the bs from transportation. Also no dam staff should be rude when calling concerned regarding where the hell our children are at. We received an alert saying running 30/40 min Late not 1.5-2 hours late huge difference. HEY SUPERINTENDENT HOW BOUT GET YOUR SELF A DAM Cdl and you transportation Director as well and be prepared to drive a buss when emergency happens. If you get to be home by 430-5pm so should our kids. How bout pay those drivers enough so you can keep a fully staff department. Our neighbor hood has over 500 new homes SWISD GETS 1.3% of the property taxes that’s over 150k a year that district from CINCO LAKES COMMUNITY. Those funds should be use to accommodate our children. Coming from different city and states due to military by far SWISD IS THE WORST INCLUDING THE TRANSPORTATION YALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER . VR Disabled Veteran J. Carmona"

"When I needed them for something important,they don't answer there phone calls. Very disappointed in them for not helping in a crisis"
