"I booked a morning pick up. I called in the morning to confirm and they said they didn’t have me on their list. The man then said hold on, let me transfer you and hung up. I called back twice and they didn’t pick up. We just ubered and it was cheaper."

"Very small van. 3 different calls all munched together in one small hot musty van. Guys rude and impatient. Picked up an older lady and she had to squeeze into the van and could barely shut the door. DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Nasty, dirty, beat up car. Felt like I needed a shower after our ride to airport and couldn't get there fast enough. Back seat was nasty with food in the back, soda stains on seat, silverware and a tray like someone has just been eating and left it. Driver was constantly on phone and drive like it when he answered the phone. The taxi van had collision damage on the right rear bumper, bad windshield wipers, and a passenger side door that couldn't open. The good side was that the driver was on time, and got to or destination I guess...."

"$75. Expensive compared to uber. We went from comfort suites to Brownsville airport. Our Uber here was less than $30, but there wasn't one available in the morning. We called and had our driver show up within minutes. Our driver was a woman, she was nice. She took us to an atm along the way since she couldn't accept a card. She did speak English."

"Used them about 5 times while on the island for Spring Break. Overall I'd say the service was good. Only thing keeping this 4-stars instead of 5 is the lack of English one of the drivers spoke, and one of the drivers openly complaining about a group of Churches offering free rides on the island. Prompt and reasonable service ($6 gets you anywhere on the island) and if you tip the drivers they are extremely nice. It's evident they don't often receive tips. Would call again."
