"Tina is rude as hell, if you have people in your line, you don’t wait on one person then put a sign up saying register closed when and walk away when the person walk up to the register. That was rude and unprofessional. She is terrible. The other cashier that was working was really pleasant and apologetic for her unprofessional behavior."

"There is a woman there named Tina with long blonde hair who needs to be terminated. She’s rude, bitter, and after the experience I had to endure with her today was unacceptable. I pull up to a pump, go inside, get my drink, and stand at the counter like she didn’t see me. When she finally stopped chatting to whoever she moved to the opposite register and barked “I can take you over here!”. I move to the next register and request $5 on pump 6 and she barks again that “your pump isn’t hung up you need to go hang it up”. I said “I never touched the pump and it’s not my job to make sure your business is operating properly, you have another employee on hand that can go see what the problem is”. She started YELLING at me that I needed to make sure the previous customer had hung up their pump properly, or move to a different pump then tried to charge me for my drink and no gas. I repeated that I needed to get gas then she called another attendant with piercings and rainbow hair over to yell at me some more. I was disgusted. I wasted my gas going to my usual place and THAT’S how I get treated for being a loyal customer?? I’ve watched this same woman be rude to other customers, intentionally ignore you like you aren’t standing in front of her, she won’t smile and it’s NEVER customer friendly unless it’s someone she knows and backs the line up chitchatting with whomever. I’m honestly, disgusted. Your employees at the very least can manage appropriate customer service manners. But not this place. Just bitter, mean, crabby, snotty mad manners is all you get here. I would also like to receive a call from a manager or corporate and am going make sure I’m done being treated so disrespectfully at a business that I frequent every single day."
