NISD Transportation—McClung Station

"My son has always been picked up at around 0726 since the start of 2023-2024 school year. Now all of a sudden they changed the bus time to 0715 and did not even notify the parents of the time change."

"Ladies here are sooo rude! Buses are constantly running late. I know they are short staffed but people picking up the phones are very unprofessional"

"Update: They finally figured it out a few days later Update 2: I also have 2 special needs kids who get picked up from our home. Yesterday we were told that they added 8 kids to the route and that they had to move the pickup time to 7:00am from 6:42. This morning the bus passed by at 6:45 and left. Called it in as no show. This is so ridiculous and the communication is failing. So disappointed in who is responsible for bussing our children. It’s the second week of school and the people at this station still don’t know what’s going on. I’ve called 4 times to find out where my 4 year old sons bus stop is and nobody knows. He was sent to a neighboring school for Pre-K and was promised bus service. I figured it out last week but this week I’m on my own and have to be home to receive my special needs kids from school. I can’t be at 2 places at once. If he was able to go to the school where we live this wouldn’t be a problem. I’ve asked to speak with a supervisor and no luck! I’ve asked to speak with the router person with no luck! I’ve been told I’d get a call back 4 times and nothing! Horrible communication!"
