"TL;DR when it comes to renting gear, the experience was pleasant like all other shops, except you will pay 2-3x more than surrounding shops I got certified from Scuba Shop in north richland hills. I’ve rented gear from there, Scuba Adventures in Plano and now here. Here’s a comparison: All 3 places rented me a BCD, regulator, tank and weights. This Grapevine shop did NOT give a dive computer, though an analog depth gauge was provided. The other two shops did provide a dive computer with their rental. Grapevine scuba rental: $125 Scuba shop in north richland hills rental: $40 Scuba adventures in Plano rental: $60 (and the computer they provide is pretty top notch) This place’s employees were just as kind and respectful as all the other shops. Sole difference amongst other shops is how incredibly more expensive it is to rent gear here (and not be given a dive computer) compared to the others. Save your money and rent from somewhere else. $125 is not worth it especially with no computer."
