"Last Saturday, October 21, 2023, I attended the food packing event at Living Word Lutheran Church. It was tremendous fun. We bagged, sealed, and packed 10,000 meals to be sent somewhere around the world. It was well organized and went by very quickly, like an hour or less. There were kids less than 5 and adults in their 80s who participated. If they have another event, I plan to be there!"

"I went the other day to tour the preschool with my two children and absolutely loved it! The church is well kept and beautiful. Everyone working there is so kind, friendly, and welcoming! I was so impressed by all of the dedication and effort they are putting into this preschool. They have an outdoor playground and several rooms that they have set up for the kids with all sorts of different toys, books, dress up clothes, and educational material. You can just tell by being there how much they value and love kids and want them to be able to grow and learn! I cant for my son to start preschool here!"
"Having been at Living Word for some time now I can confidently say this is a great church. The sermons are great and the community is welcoming and open. The congregation is not too large with about 125 to 175 per service and their are two services on Sunday. There is also a youth pastor with some great activities to keep your kids very busy and engaged. Sunday School is between Early service and late service and runs from 10 to 10:45.
